October 21st Program:

Getting Buy-In for TechComm Initiatives

with Greg Bartlett

Registration is now closed.

Getting management buy-inYou have great ideas to improve technical communications for your product or service, but you need resources and management buy-in to move forward.

What does management need to know to make a decision? What approach should you take? What pitfalls must you avoid? How can you get management to say yes?

Join us as Greg Bartlett shares his first-hand experiences getting management and other stakeholders to support TechComm initiatives. He will describe some general themes and walk through a few case studies. You will be invited to brainstorm as part of one of the case studies and to share lessons you have learned from initiating change.
